General conditions of renting 

Some informations on the general renting conditions of the flat.

Beginning / end of the renting

The renting goes from Saturday (14 H) up to next Saturday (10 H)

Mode of payment

At the time of your reservation (on the site, by email or telephone), an option is fixed for the selected week, during 10 days.

During that period you must send by post :

• 1 guarantee cheque of 150,00 EUR
• 1 deposit cheque of an amount of 25% of the renting price 
• 2 copies of the renting contract (received by email or post), signed

On receipt of these elements, your week is defitively reserved.
The deposit cheque is cashed, contrary to the guarantee cheque which will be returned to you within 15 days maximum after the end of your stay.


Finally, at least 15 days before your arrival, you must send to us :

• 1 chèque for balance of an amount of 75% of the renting price

The service charges (water, electricity, tourist tax) are included in the total amount. The household linen (sheets, towels ect..) is not provided.

Use of the premises

The number of occupants cannot be superior than that indicated in the contract, unless the owner's agreement. The flat cannot by used by a third party. At the end of your stay, the flat must be returned in perfect conditions,the  complete housework carried out . An amount of 50,00 EUR will be retained on the guarantee if the housework is not done.

Smokers

In order not to bother the next tenants, we ask you not to smoke in the flat. The access to the balcony of the flat or to the entrance hall in the same block of flats would satisfy you.

Animals

We love animals, but for reasons of maintenance of the place, unless the owner's agreement, animals are not allowed. Their presence would cause the immediate contract breaking.

Insurances

The tenant must ensure the flat. He must check that its principal dwelling envisages the extension holliday. If not, he must subscribe the necessary extension.

Guarantee

The amount of  150,00 EUR will be refunded to the tenant within 15 days following departure, deduction made of the possible expenses of replacement or repairs done in the flat.
If the guarantee appeared insufficient, the tenant commits himself supplementig the sum.

Early Interruption of stay

In the event of early interruption of stay by the tenant, and if the owner's responsability is not involved, refunding will not be carried out, except that of the guarantee.

Cancellation conditions

The tenant must inform as soon as possible the owner of a cancellation. The deposit remains normally with the owner, but will be refunded if the flat is relet for the same period and at the same price.

The renting is considered as final as soon as the owner receives the renting elements (signed contract, cheques of deposit and guarantee). In other case, the reservation is cancelled and the renting option raised .
